Discover Baja Travel Club strives to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to its members. If you are ever dissatisfied with your membership in the Club for any reason, we will cheerfully refund your membership dues. Always feel free to call us toll free at 1-800-727-BAJA with any questions or concerns about your membership.

Defective Products:
If you have purchased a product from Discover Baja Travel Club that proves to be defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. This includes shipping and handling. We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of the products we offer. This policy applies to the first 30 days after receipt of your order.

Return Procedure for Defective Products:
First, please call us toll free at 1-800-727-BAJA. We will take some information and ask you to return the product(s). Once received by Discover Baja, we will insure that you receive the proper refund, credit or product replacement.

Insurance Refund Policy:

Daily (Short Term) Mexican Auto Insurance Policies:
There are no refunds after the Effective Date of the Short Term Policy.
Policies can be cancelled prior to the Effective Date, but there is a non-refundable $15 policy fee.

Multiple Entry Policies:
Policies can be cancelled with a refund prior to the Effective Date of the policy or within 20 days after the Effective Date.
Cancellations made after the Effective Date will be charged the standard Daily Policy Rate for every day the policy has been effective.
There is a $30 non-refundable policy fee for all Multiple Entry Policies.
